Quote Terms & Conditions

1. Your quote. Your quote is locked for 14 days from the date it is issued. It applies only to the exact model, storage size and condition you selected.

2. Inspection. Every device is tested by Sell Electronics NYC. If it matches what you selected, you get the full quoted amount. If it does not (for example a different storage size, worse condition, or a fault you did not mention), we will give you a revised offer on the spot. You can accept it or keep your device.

3. Ownership. You confirm you are the legal owner of every device and are at least 18 years old. We do not buy lost, stolen, blacklisted or financed devices with a balance owed. New York City requires licensed secondhand dealers to record a valid government-issued photo ID for every purchase, and we report purchases as the law requires.

4. Accounts and locks. Turn off Find My, sign out of your Apple Account and erase the device before handing it over. A device that is activation-locked, iCloud-locked or MDM-locked cannot be bought until it is removed. Quoted prices are for unlocked devices. For a device locked to any carrier, please call us for a quote.

5. Your data. Back up and erase your data before you sell. We erase every device we buy, but we are not responsible for data left on a device or for SIM or memory cards left inside.

6. Getting paid. Bring the device and photo ID to 30 West 47th Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10036 during business hours. Once we confirm the device, you are paid in cash the same visit.

7. Prices. Prices change with the resale market. Quotes already issued are honored for their 14-day window. We may decline any purchase.

8. Sale is final. Once you accept payment, the sale is final and the device cannot be returned.
